Ever since my installation of my 1000mb Fiber install I get (from ookla speed test) 650 down and 112 upload. My package is 1000 down and 1000 up. Is this normal for ATT? When I had spectrum I would get over my estimated amount every time. These tests are directly connected from my modem to my PC which has a 1 gig network port. So, I paid for 1 Gig fiber internet but on my 2017 iMac, I'm only getting 30 downloads and 50 upload speeds and my modem is literally right next to my desk. Also, when I do the speed test on my phone, I get 500 download. With my ipad, I get 800 download and upload. PLEASE HELP!!
